Daniel carter

Daniel brings a diverse background to the firm. In addition to experience in a hospital setting, he served in an executive management position for more than five years in which he was responsible for the logistical and financial operations of a multi-million dollar corporation. He also has three years of experience in education, both in a classroom setting and in a leadership role as department head. His primary responsbilities at HPS include project management, development and analysis of certificate of need applications, and preparation of market and financial feasibility studies.
