Directions to Health Planning Source

Please Note: While the mailing address for Health Planning Source is 324 Blackwell Street, the physical location is actually on Julian Carr St. in the Washington Building, directly behind the University Ford dealership.

From I-85

From I-85, take the left-lane exit 174B onto US 15-501 S.Bypass (Duke University/Chapel Hill). Continue on US 15-501 to the Durham Freeway (NC-147) exit. Take the Durham Freeway south to exit 13 (W. Chapel Hill Street). Turn left onto W. Chapel Hill Street and get immediately in the far left lane. At the first stoplight, take a right onto S. Gregson Street and get in the left lane. Take the first left onto Jackson Street. Cross over South Duke Street and continue on around until you dead end into Julian Carr Street. The University Ford dealership will be on your right. Straight in front of you will be the Washington Building where Health Planning Source is located. You can park directly in front of this building or in the parking garage to your left.

From I-40

From I-40, exit onto the Durham Freeway (NC-147) via exit 279B (from both directions). Continue on the Durham Freeway for about 7.5 miles and exit onto S. Duke Street. Take the second right (the first stoplight) onto Jackson Street. Continue on around until you dead end into Julian Carr Street. The University Ford dealership will be on your right. Straight in front of you will be the Washington Building where Health Planning Source is located. You can park directly in front of this building or in the parking garage to your left.
